Our goal is to facilitate the development of churches and ministries where every person hears, recognises and responds to the voice of the Spirit for themselves in the safety and accountability of their community.
Rev Dr Tania Harris, founding director of God Conversations, ministers at churches, conferences, special events, and ministry colleges to inspire and equip every person to hear God’s voice for themselves.
For Pastors and Ministers
Tania offers coaching for Christian ministers and leaders who are seeking to be equipped to hear, recognise and respond to the Spirit’s voice in their own lives and/or in the lives of those within their ministry sphere. Leadership training in Spirit-led discipleship is also available to pastors, ministers and leaders.
For Churches
The primary tool for equipping the local church to hear God’s voice is 50 Days of God Conversations. This includes a 7-week small group video Bible study, leadership training, launch event and special focus across Sunday services. The program is based on the conviction that hearing-God experiences belong within the accountability and safety of the local church. Drawing on the findings of her PhD research and extensive ministry experience, Tania works with leaders to build a culture where all members are experiencing God’s voice in a way that is both theologically orthodox and pastorally safe (Read more).
In addition, the God Dreams seminar – how to hear from God through dreams and visions – is available. The seminar includes theological teaching for hearing God’s voice in dreams/visions, a framework for interpreting dreams/visions and guidelines for recognising a God-dream. Watch the trailer. For Conferences and Special Events
Tania tailors the message of God Conversations to church conferences and special events.
For Ministry Colleges
The teaching of God Conversations is available as a short course or higher education subject in a ministry training setting. As an experienced educator and qualified to teach at Masters level, Tania is able to tailor the material to meet accreditation requirements at tertiary institutions.
For Men and Women
Tania draws on her unique journey to speak to women, inspiring and encouraging them to be fully released into their gifts and callings. She also speaks to men and women together and how they can work collectively to fulfil God’s heart for co-stewardship and equality (Genesis 1:27,28). Read more here and here.

The Awaken Your Dreams Outreach is available for spiritual seekers in your community. Participants learn about the nature of dreams, how to interpret their dreams and consider the possibility that God may be communicating through them. This seminar is most effective when your church has already participated in the God Dreams Seminar.
