The Scriptures reveal a deeply personal God who longs for communication with his people. Throughout biblical history, God is seen speaking – initially through the prophets, and later through his Son Jesus who comes to earth as God’s Word “in the flesh” (John 1:14, Hebrews 1:1,2). While on earth, Jesus promised that after his death and resurrection, he would send his Spirit to remind us of the foundational truths he had established (John 14:26) as well as speak of “things to come” (John 16:13). That promise was fulfilled on the day the church began as the Holy Spirit was poured out all people – young and old; male and female. Now like the prophets of old, everyone could hear from God (Acts 2:17).
Jesus said that we would be able to recognise his voice (John 10:27) and it is within the accountability and safety of the church community that we learn to do so (Acts 15:28, 1 Cor. 14:29). It is the mission of God Conversations to equip everyone who longs to know God personally to recognise God’s voice, and that in doing so, they may find the courage to follow.

God Conversations Ministry Opportunities
Rev Dr Tania Harris, founding director of God Conversations, ministers at churches, conferences, special events, and ministry colleges to inspire and equip every person to hear God’s voice for themselves.
For Churches
The primary tool for equipping the local church to hear God’s voice is 50 Days of God Conversations. This includes a 7-week small group video bible study, leadership training, launch day and special focus across Sunday services. The program is based on a conviction that hearing God experiences belong within the accountability and safety of the local church.
Using the findings of her doctoral studies and extensive experience ministering in this area, Tania works with leadership teams to build a culture where all members are experiencing God’s voice in a way that is both theologically orthodox and pastorally safe (Read more).
