God Conversations Leadership Coaching

God Conversations offers coaching for ministers and leaders who are seeking to be equipped to hear, recognise and respond to the Spirit’s voice in their own lives and/or in the lives of those within their ministry sphere.

After ministering around the world across multiple denominations for nearly two decades, Tania has observed the limited pathways for leaders to be mentored. God Conversations Coaching offers leaders the opportunity to explore their own walk with the Spirit in a confidential space and in a way that allows for personal growth and development. New skills and insights can then be tailored to the unique demands of different ministry contexts. With skills in discipleship, education and spiritual development, Tania creates a space for wisdom and reflection to flow, where the Holy Spirit is central and personal transformation is the goal.

The greatest investment we can make in our futures is to invest in ourselves. To learn from a coach is to come with an open, teachable heart and a willingness to apply new insights. To that end, any application for coaching begins with an initial consultation that explores suitability and goals.

Application

Express your interest in coaching via the button below. All applicants will be asked to complete a pre-coaching questionnaire. Upon acceptance, Tania will work with you to set some goals for your time together. This will also determine the number of coaching sessions. Meetings are conducted virtually for one hour at a mutually convenient time.
