Pete is our Board chair and our production man. Pastor, trainer and tech-savvy all-rounder, Pete has spent much of his career working as a musician in orchestral, jazz and contemporary circles, both in the recording studio or production suite. He has been part of nearly 370 album projects in the recording industry, including many award-winning albums in the church worship genre as well as TV documentaries. Pete is also an ordained minister and has filled creative pastoral roles for over 30 years. He is currently on the pastoral executive of Revival Church, Sydney. Pete is also a devoted family man with an exceptional wife and beloved daughter. We know him as a visionary and generous friend who is willing to follow the Holy Spirit anywhere, which is why he is such a valued member of the team.
Vicki offers both spirit and strategy to the team. She is a retired teacher and social worker who holds bachelor’s degrees in education and social work. In her thirty-year career, she held positions in local government, consultancy and case work with schools, foster care and management of Family and Disability services in the not-for-profit sector. She is also credited with many years of experience in church leadership and has served in volunteer roles on a local Baptist church board, board chair of COACH Community Mentoring Inc. at Mission Australia and prayer leader at Business for Transformation as well as ministry roles at Sonrise Family Ministries and local church prayer ministry. She has a heart for healing, deliverance and ‘baggage-free’ living and is a mother and grandmother to many.
Dave's business skills and life in the Spirit are a winning combination. As the founder of Marketplace Invasion, David leverages his extensive experience as a seasoned prophetic minister and successful entrepreneur to equip and inspire kingdom-minded individuals and professionals to achieve their full potential. He is also the business pastor for HopeUC, a multi-site church on the Central Coast of Sydney, Australia and the head of the Hope UC Centre of Excellence, the church's marketplace ministry academy that trains and equips the business and workplace believers.
With a heart as large as his biceps, Dave is the ultimate pastor! Born in New Zealand and immigrating to Australia with his wife 30 years ago, Dave followed in the footsteps of Jesus starting his working career as a carpenter and launching into ministry at a decade later at what is now Hillsong Church. His consistent kindness and authenticity have been pivotal in building welcome networks and facilitating discipleship in both the Bondi and City campuses. Dave brings business acumen with his building business flourishing over many years as well as an invaluable depth of pastoral wisdom and local church focus to the GC ministry.
Jenny is our highly valued and competent Executive Assistant. Born in the Solomon Islands and raised in Papua New Guinea and Australia, Jenny brings with her a genuine love for people of all nations. Along with working with God Conversations, she works part-time with Justice Health NSW and finds great joy in releasing others by planning, administrating, organising and developing quality systems and structures. Her happy place involves piccolo lattes, quality conversations and lots of laughter.
Ali is thrilled to join her passion for intercessory prayer with the other prayer warriors God has appointed to pray for Tania and God Conversations. Ali is a US native, but ministers alongside her husband, Noah, at an international church in the Philippines. She leads a healing prayer ministry that equips people to hear God’s voice, discover their spiritual gifts and minister in the power of His Spirit. When not immersed in ministry, Ali and Noah love spending time with their two young daughters and going on adventures around Asia.
Resilient, energetic and full of faith, Emma has a passion for everyone to hear God’s voice and is committed to do whatever it takes! She has experienced God’s guidance through many years raising a sick child and a child with special needs, telling her story in her book Stretched – a mother’s story of hope and survival. She serves her local church on the pastoral and prayer teams and works part time with teens who have been excluded from school. She also mentors and supports women from all walks of life.
